We LOVE our sauce section on our Special Events menu! I wanted to take a moment to tell you al little bit more about each sauce, and all of the great ways they can be used!
Gorgonzola Cream Sauce: This sauce is so good on our Classic Chicken Breast or any of our Stuffed Chicken Breast options! It's also great on Wild Mushroom Ravioli and Cavatappi Pasta! This is also a crowd favorite on our Smashed Potatoes too!
Pesto Cream Sauce: Pesto Cream is so diverse! Few fun facts! This sauce is not only Gluten Free but also Pine Nut Free! This sauce is popular on our Classic Chicken Breast, Gnocchi, and Cavatappi!
Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce: This sauce is popular on our Classic Chicken Breast and our Artichoke Parmesan Stuffed Chicken Breast! It's also great on kabobs as well!
Sherry Cream Sauce: This sauce makes me feel like fall! Its sweet and warm and delicious! It's great on our Classic Chicken Breast, Apple Almond Chicken Breast, Apple and Brie Chicken, and Pork Loin! It's also my personal favorite on our Wild Mushroom Ravioli! It's the perfect sauce for sweet and salty!
Homemade BBQ Sauce: Our BBQ is the perfect addition to any protein on our BBQ Menu! It's also great on the slider bar, wings, and our cocktail meatballs!
Roasted Tomato and Basil Sauce: This sauce is so beautiful on Chicken or Fish! It's delicious with Salmon, Walleye or even Grouper! It's also a nice light and flavorful option to go on Gnocchi or Cavatappi Pasta!
Walnut Wine Sauce: Sweet and Nutty! This sauce is great on our Classic Chicken Breast! It's also Gluten Free!
Lemon Caper Sauce: This sauce is so differse! You can add it to a Classic Chicken Breast, Salmon Filet, or Walleye Fillet. Our traditional Lemon Caper sauce it Gluten free, but does contain dairy, however, it can be made diary free if needed!
Sweet Chili: Sweet Chili has a great Asian flair to it! It's a favorite on our Chicken Satay, but also adds the perfect kick to a Salmon Filet or Chicken Wings!
Apple Brandy Sauce: This a fall favorite for sure! So unique! Great on on Classic Chicken Breast, Apple Almond Chicken Breast, Stuffed Pork Loin and Pork Medallions!
Apricot Chutney: This sauce is such a fun delicious surprise on Salmon! It's not only Gluten Free, but Diary Free as well!
White Wine Butter: This is our Signature Sauce on our Roasted Vegetables! It is so good, you'll also want it on your Cavatappi, Gnocchi or a Stuffed Chicken Breast!
Browned Butter: This sauce is always a fun surprise! It's the perfect light simple option for a Gnocchi, or the crowd favorite Butternut Squash Ravioli! It has nutty flavors that compliment either dish perfectly!
Lemon Garlic: Lemon Garlic is a beautiful light sauce that goes perfect on our Classic Chicken Breast, Salmon Filet or Walleye Filet. This sauce can be made Dairy Free if you'd like!
Orange Coconut: Our chef Cindy is AMAZING at sauces and she came up with this delicious sauce that is SO diverse! It's Gluten Free and Dairy Free! I can't decide what I like it better on! Chicken, Salmon, or our Veggie Stuffed Portabella on a bed of Wild Rice!
Cognac Sauce:This sauce is perfect on a nice Sirloin, Beef Tenderloin, or Prime Rib! It's a great sweet and salty combo!
Red Wine Demi Glace: Red Wine Demi is a velvety sauce that compliments any Beef option or Pork Medallions! It's featured in our most popular beef dish, Braised Beef Roast with Red Wine Demi.
