Chefs Assistant

This person will be working as an assistant to our head chef. This position will be preparing some of our tastings, which usually happen in the evenings.
Job Details:
-Prepping food for off site catered events , sizes 12 - unlimited. (Average event: 200 people)
-Executing tastings (maining evening hours)
-Helping at events off site (plating, setting up buffets, etc)
-Helping load coolers & hot food for off site events.
-Following the direction of the Head Chef for day to day tasks.

Must have a drivers license.
Must be able to work some weekends.
Must be able to work some evenings.
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Must have previous kitchen experience, cooking experience.

Pay will be determined when we find the right fit for the position.

Serving experience preferred
