You’ve said yes, the ring is gorgeous, and now you’re faced with planning a wedding and making decisions, decisions, and even MORE decisions! It can feel overwhelming, but we’re more than ready to help you customize a dream wedding menu – from cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres all the way through late night snacks on the dance floor. Let’s take a look at how to get started.
A list of preferred and trusted vendors – caterers included – is an invaluable resource that is often provided by your event venue. Some venues require you to choose from their vendor lists while others use them as helpful suggestions or starting points. Make sure to check in with your venue about their specific policies and procedures.
Whether you find us from a venue list, a Google search, or the advice of family and friends, the next step will be to request an initial quote through our website. You’ll let us know of any pertinent details, such as: your date, estimated guest count, budget, preferred dinner service style, and other services that may interest you.
Using that information, we will craft a personalized quote for you! You will receive an email invitation, along with your quote, to come do a tasting at our kitchen in New Hope. The tasting is where we will start to get into the nitty gritty of our process. We will walk through a rough timeline of your wedding day from a catering perspective and answer any questions you may have – including details like providing meals for other vendors, dietary accommodations, or other special requests.
After the tasting, you’ll receive a follow up email with an updated invoice and everything that you would need to book with us! There will be two contract documents (outlining our full policies and procedures) as well as information on how to place your $700 non-refundable deposit which secures your date.
