What's New at Fork and Flair?

If you’ve been keeping an eye on our social media over the last few weeks, Fork and Flair has been having an exciting leap into spring! In case you missed anything, here’s a rundown of everything new we’ve introduced this month.


Flair Events

We are so excited to make Day of Coordination services an official department in the company! Many Twin Cities venues require their clients to have a Day of Coordinator, as it is an invaluable addition to your wedding day. With our competitive rates and industry connections, we could be the right fit for you. Contact our experienced Head of Day of Coordination, Jenny Roloff, for more information!



Office Update

Fork and Flair’s home office got a makeover! Previous clients may remember the well-loved (and slightly chaotic) set up of our space before. Co-owners Kathy Casey and Courtney Curry worked with IKEA interior designers to create a modern and welcoming office space that is as functional as it is beautiful. From electric standing desks to updated storage solutions, Kathy and Courtney thoughtfully curated a new and improved office space that we’re so excited to share with you.

Website Update

Check out our updated Website! This is where you will find even more information about our services, with recent photos of our food, menu updates, blog posts, day of coordination services, and more.


New Invoicing System

Prompted by our increased growth and visibility, we have made the decision to move our invoicing system to CaterZen, primarily due to projected increased customer satisfaction. The new user interface (UI) is more intuitive than the previous system; CaterZen also streamlines many aspects of the booking process, placing everything that clients may need to access in one easy to find location. 


We were able to transfer client profile information over to CaterZen, but previous Fork and Flair customers may still get messages from our team asking for small pieces of information that are useful to the new system. However, client credit card information DID NOT transfer over. Our regular clients should expect to reshare their payment information the next time they submit an order.



These updates – from revamped physical and digital spaces to an entirely new department – are examples of a larger commitment to our clients: creating customizable and unforgettable event experiences. We can’t wait for these new opportunities to elevate your special occasions, and we hope to hear from you soon!
