OUR HISTORY
Fork and Flair Catering and Events was founded in 2006 by two women with a shared passion for good food and unforgettable events. What began as a young dream has quickly grown into a thriving business built on consistency, hospitality, and dedication to making every event feel special. With the help of an ever-growing team, founders Kathy Casey and Courtney Curry have expanded their business to offer a wider range of services to their cherished clients.

In 2025, we proudly launched our Day of Coordination (DOC) Department! While the "Fork" side of our name has flourished through exceptional food and service, the time has come to let our "Flair" side shine. Now, with our DOC services, we can ensure that details outside of the kitchen are seamlessly managed, allowing you to relax and enjoy the day as much as your guests!
